X-Treme Scooters

 All X-Treme scooters ship via FedEx & UPS to the lower 48 states. Some models ship also to Canada. X-Treme scooters ship from X-Treme's warehouse in Newton, Iowa and/or Tacoma, WA.

 All X-Treme scooters and bikes are delivered direct to customer door! Shipping is FREE on all electric and gas X-Treme scooters. Shipping charges vary for New York City and Canada customers for some models due to higher rates for shipping to NYC and per Canada's policy. Scooters are delivered to door at higher rates, unwanted but inevitable.

 We do not ship to Alaska & Hawaii this time. We also do not ship to P.O.Boxes. We do not offer COD.

 Products from scooterX will ship via FedEx ground to the lower 48 states. There is no shipment to Alaska and Hawaii. We do not do COD. All shipments are delivered to customers door.

X-Treme Scooters

 California is usually 3 not 4 business days when ship via FedEx. Delivery takes up to 7 business days. The X-Treme scooters choose which items ship FedEx or UPS. There is new change in switching from R&L Carriers to UPS Freight due to the high rate of damage from the carrier. The AIR shipments will continue to go by FedEx Express.

 It happened that many scooters arrived to customers damaged. That’s why there are more attempts to minimize numbers of these damages. The new packing was designed with high density molded foam fitted Styrofoam that surrounds some scooters to eliminate shipping damage. The new packing will result in fewer unhappy customers and fewer calls to tech support.

 Orders are taken 24/7 but are processed only from Monday to Friday (in winter season Mo - Thu). Please allow us 1 day for processing of all items. We will e-mail you your tracking number(s) on the day your item(s) ship(s).

 All Freight Shipments must include the customers phone number. If we do not receive the correct phone number of the customer, the shipment will not be shipped or delivered. The carrier may phone the customer to schedule delivery to the door. 

 We are not responsible for packages that have been left at the recipient's door and consequently lost and/or stolen.
