arrow Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Please note, your credit card will be billed immediately after you submit your order.

arrow Sales tax will be charged on all orders shipped to addresses within State of California only.


arrow Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 2-10 day delivery time. Find out more about shipping time.


arrow Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers. Check out details about shipping methods.


arrow California C.A.R.B. Tier 2 Emissions LAW. We prevent selling gas scooters, gas mopeds or gas powered pocket bikes that don't meet emissions standards defined by the California Air Resources Board to customers in California.


arrow Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments must be reported to X-Treme Scooters immediately by calling the customer service at 1-800-772-3852, ext. 203 within 24 hours of receiving the scooter. Then you will also need to open an online support ticket.


arrow Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacturer defect, contact the support department for instructions. To contact support department you will need to open an online support ticket. Do not return products to us without first contacting support department to receive instructions.


arrow Return Merchandise Policy. We do have No Return, No Refund Policy. However if you were to receive a different product than initially purchased or an item that had been badly damaged during shipping, then you can refuse the order, call the customer service, and as soon as the damaged scooter comes back to X-Treme Scooters, they will send out a replacement. Also, if the technical support team deems the item irreparable, X-Treme scooters may authorize a return, but in this case, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping back to X-Treme. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from the support department.


arrow Disclaimer. We are not responsible for the proper or improper use of merchandise sold. We care about our customers and urge you to exercise caution and take necessary safety measures to protect yourself while engaging in cycling and scooting. We encourage, beg, and ask that you wear a helmet and use appropriate lighting while riding at night regardless of the legal requirements in your particular state. Potential customers, you should check with your local law enforcement agency before purchasing about all requirements (age requirements, insurance, license, etc.) for riding electric scooters, gas scooters, electric bicycles, moped scooters & pocket bikes. Some states may have laws restricting the use of these items on public streets. In addition, most states require helmets and protective equipment to be worn by certain age children. Pocket bikes with racing slicks should not be used on wet or slippery roads. Know your laws before you go scooting. We will not take back a scooter if you find your laws do not permit your child to ride it. Check first. Please always scoot safely
