Having technical or warranty issues of your X-Treme Scooter? No problem! Just click to open a technical support ticket and a friendly technician will reply to your ticket during the same day.
If you would like to speak to a Technician by phone, include your phone number on the ticket and ask the Tech guy to contact you. Tickets are answered in the order received. Your initial posting puts you in line for the next Tech representative to assist you. Should you post to your ticket before a Technician responds, you will move your ticket to the bottom of the list so to ensure a quick reply, do not post again until a Technician replies to you.
Tech support department winter hours are Monday through Thursday 10 AM to 3 PM Central Standard Time. Summer hours are 5 days per week.

If you have a technical issue such as your engine won't start, brakes don't work, etc. or need help with assembly we suggest first reading the tech support page and watching tech support videos.
